Flash Art is a leading contemporary art magazine and publishing platform founded in 1967 by Giancarlo Politi in Rome, Italy. Now based in Milan, it is published quarterly in two editions: Flash Art International (in English) and Flash Art Italia (in Italian), and annually as Flash Art Volumes. Known for its critical engagement with the art world, the magazine has played a pivotal role in documenting and shaping contemporary art movements globally.
The 002 issue is devoted to the architecture. Flash Art Volumes invited Michael Abel and Nile Greenberg of the New York–based architecture practice ANY as guest editors. They have titled this edition "Crisis Formalism."
